Prior to starting the project we calculate the final cost on all labor and material, which is also stated in the contract so there will be no hidden fees, additional charges, or any other surprises at the end of the project.

Set timeframe and scope for every stage of the project

Time is money and we understand it, this is why prior to starting the work we will define a set timeline for every stage based on the difficulty and equipment. Project’s timeline will also be stated in the contract.

Majority of our projects’ terms do not exceed 90 days. We make sure to provide all the details of the project to make it clear and transparent for everyone, especially for clients who have never dealt with renovations before.

24 - months warranty on labor

Renovations should last for more than a year, that’s why we have a 24 months warranty listed in the contract. And in case any issues arise after the completion, we make sure to fix them within 7 days. We also offer advice and consulting beyond the warranty term.

Daily video report on the progress

In order for the repair process to be easy for you, not to bring unnecessary stress and not require a lot of additional time, we provide a weekly detailed video report on all the work carried out.

Of course, we are not masters of shooting and editing, but our reports show in detail what has been done, what we plan to do next week and when everything will be completed.

Materials tracking via Google Docs

We utilize Google Docs for materials tracking to which clients will have access from day one. You as a client will know exactly what pipes and brands were used for plumbing, what compounds were used for plastering, and the paint color number on your walls.

Garbage disposal and complete post construction clean-up

We will deal with all the post construction clean up so you wouldn’t have to. Cleaning is included in the cost so your only hassle will be picking furniture.
